- Coordinate individualized resident care plans
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and families
- Administer medications within BCCNM guidelines
- Monitor and document changes in resident conditions
- Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences
- Graduate of approved Practical Nursing program
- Current BCCNM LPN license
- Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks up to 25 lbs
