As part of the Field Enablement team, this role emphasizes creating effective learning strategies through collaboration with subject matter experts and project managers. You'll spearhead initiatives from needs analysis to the evaluation of outcomes, ensuring your designs drive measurable performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to influence the onboarding and ongoing development of employees, establishing a consistent, high-quality experience for all involved. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end instructional design for high-impact programs
- Create integrated learning ecosystems beyond formal training
- Collaborate with SMEs to align business goals with learning strategies
- Develop assessments and evaluation plans for program effectiveness
- Contribute to content governance and instructional design standards
- 4–6 years in instructional design or curriculum development
- Strong portfolio showcasing ownership of learning programs
- Expertise in instructional design models and adult learning theory
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for learning content
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
