As Senior Product Manager, Automations Platform, you will support Jobber Teammate within the AI Workflows organization. You will own authoring, execution, and evaluation models while helping product teams ship automations. The work connects architecture discussions with customer interviews.
Key Responsibilities
Own automation authoring, execution, evaluation, and improvement modelsBuild high-impact automations for service providersImprove automation shipping speed and cost for Jobber teamsDefine platform metrics for cost, speed, engagement, and library growthBring requirements to the AI Foundations engineering teamRequirements:
Five or more years of product management experienceEvidence shipping AI products through long-term outcomesExperience building genuinely adopted AI platformsExperience shipping LLM-backed or ML-backed productsComfort with unit economics and contested technical decisionsLead Jobber’s automation platform through AI product management, evaluation systems, technical decisions, and measurable customer outcomes.
