In this role at FET Variperm, you'll be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines while ensuring quality control and safety compliance. The position may require shift flexibility and overtime as production demands change. You will also participate in health, safety, and environmental initiatives to uphold workplace standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate CNC machinery accurately
- Conduct first article inspections for quality verification
- Maintain production and quality logs diligently
- Ensure machinery is well-maintained and functional
- Participate actively in training and safety meetings
- Grade 12 education or GED equivalent
- Journeyman Ticket or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of CNC milling experience
- Skills in independent programming and Mastercam preferred
- Ability to lift up to 45lbs independently
