This temporary three-month contract develops and maintains web-based and desktop applications. You will combine .NET development with software testing, SQL Server, and responsive UI work. The position supports dispatch, fleet management, shipment tracking, billing, customer service, and reporting platforms across transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET technologies
- Develop responsive interfaces for internal and customer-facing applications
- Create and execute manual and automated test plans
- Resolve software defects and performance issues
- Support dispatch, fleet, tracking, billing, and reporting systems
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of .NET application development experience
- Two-plus years of software testing and quality assurance experience
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and web development
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle practices
- Diploma or degree in computer science or related field
Use C#, automated testing, SQL Server, and .NET development to strengthen Oakville transportation technology systems.
