You will collaborate closely with Fantasia Villas management team, guest relations specialists, butlers, concierges, suppliers, and of course, our guests and their personal assistants. As our Private Chef, you have the ability to deeply understand and anticipate guests’ needs. You have strong social competence and excellent communication skills, enabling you to create a warm and refined atmosphere. You take pride in your craft and the brand you represent, while managing procurement, inventory, and budgets with professionalism.

You are always curious, aware of the latest culinary trends and dedicated to using sustainable, high quality ingredients.

Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish is an advantage
Proven experience in private chef roles or luxury hospitality
Commitment to sustainability and innovative cuisine


Flexible schedule options to work full-time or ad hoc, based on your availability
Paid accommodation and travel arrangements when on assignment
Potential for long-term collaboration and growth within our global network


Fantasia Villas specializes in luxury villa rentals and bespoke travel experiences across Europe, the Caribbean, and beyond
We go beyond accommodation, offering private yacht charters, jet services, wellness programs, and curated culinary experiences
