Lead electrical engineering initiatives as an Electrical Engineering Manager at EXP in Hamilton, ON. Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver innovative solutions in the built environment. The role requires 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, focusing on building consulting. You will mentor junior staff, oversee project designs, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead design team on electrical projects
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of design work and documentation
- Oversee the preparation of project proposals
- Manage risk effectively throughout project life cycles
- Develop and revise company design standards
- 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required
- Professional Engineer designation needed
- Expertise in AutoCAD and electrical design software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
