Your main goal will be to build lasting partnerships with top engineering and science talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring needs through manager consultations
- Source and interview candidates using various tools
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks
- Prepare candidates for their new roles effectively
- Build relationships with industry-specific consultants
- Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree
- Background in customer service or leadership is a plus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams
- Eagerness to thrive in a goal-oriented environment
