Shape lasting client relationships with GAM Tech as a Client Success Manager in Calgary. You'll ensure technology delivers results while monitoring client satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time role focused on managing a portfolio of managed services clients. You will handle communication, client onboarding, business reviews, and growth opportunities to foster long-term partnerships. Your proactive approach will be key to maintaining client health and satisfaction throughout all interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for managed services clients
- Lead onboarding and ensure clarity on expectations
- Conduct regular business reviews with client leadership
- Monitor client health and address concerns proactively
- Identify growth opportunities that benefit clients
- 3+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience with renewals and recurring revenue clients
- Strong communication skills in technology discussions
- Excellent organizational abilities for managing a client portfolio
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or HaloPSA
