As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner at Canon Canada, you’ll thrive in a hybrid work environment to attract the best talent. This role focuses on both French and English candidates, ensuring a diverse candidate pool. Working under the Manager of Compensation, Job Design, and Talent, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners to address specific hiring needs. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle recruitment, from candidate sourcing to offer presentations, leveraging both ATS and LinkedIn for engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess talent needs
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines across Canada
- Identify passive candidates through ATS and social media
- Conduct the recruitment process from screening to offers
- Keep ATS updated to meet reporting timelines
- Fluency in both French and English
- 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Post-secondary education in HR or related discipline
- Expertise in ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
