Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Employee Relations Case Manager to work for our client in the healthcare industry. Contract: 12 months
Location: Remote based in British Columbia, Canada
Pay Range: $40-44/hr CAD

Project work, policy review and update, process review and update, advice and guidance on performance, disciplinary, grievance, reductions, sickness absence
Work with the wider team and People Business Partners, Payroll and Total Rewards teams

Understanding of Canadian Employment Law, obligations and associated policies
