Join Maxi as a Baker and create memorable in-store experiences across Canada. Provide outstanding customer service, manage product displays, and contribute to our mission of community connection. Maxi is seeking a Baker who thrives on collaboration and customer interaction. In this role, you will take orders, accurately scan products, and maintain a friendly atmosphere in the bakery department. With no required experience, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in meeting our high service standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all shoppers
- Accurately scan products for sales and orders
- Implement company promotions effectively
- Maintain organized and attractive product displays
- Uphold health and safety standards consistently
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings
- Demonstrated customer service skills in fast-paced settings
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and remain mobile
- Motivation to learn and adapt in-store
- Willingness to engage in team-driven tasks
