This Deputy General Manager role supports the Hotel Director in the daily running of the hotel. You will encourage effective communication across departments, liaise with group support functions, and provide continuity during the Hotel Director's absence. Significant hospitality management experience and high-volume or premium casual dining restaurant expertise are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Hotel Director across hotel operations
- Coordinate effective communication between all departments
- Liaise with group support functions on hotel operations
- Encourage employee development and apprenticeship programme enrolment
- Take full hotel responsibility during the director's absence
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in hospitality management
- Knowledge of high-volume restaurant operations
- Premium casual dining experience is essential
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Consistent, timely approach to completing tasks
Use your premium hospitality management experience to support THE PIG on the beach and its daily hotel leadership.
