This Senior Project Manager leads initiatives from ideation through Phase 0, typically within approximately 90-day cycles. You will adapt delivery approaches using Agile, Lean, hybrid, traditional, or waterfall methodologies. Your work will mobilize multidisciplinary teams, support innovation involving artificial intelligence, and prepare solutions for responsible execution by successor teams.

Key Responsibilities
Structure the new team’s operating model Adapt delivery methods to each transformation initiative Mobilize teams around shared visions and objectives Facilitate collaboration across business, IT, and stakeholders Maintain transparent communication with governance and portfolio leaders

Requirements:
Degree in computer science, business, project management, or related field Experience leading strategic projects with significant budgets Comfort navigating ambiguity and structuring new working methods Organizational, proactive, detailed, and analytical approach Project management certification considered an asset Apply your Agile, Lean, and project governance expertise to build transformation practices with visibility across iA Financial Group. #J-18808-Ljbffr
