Direct daily operations as a Department Manager using analytical skills and efficient interpersonal communication. This is an on-site position.
This Department Manager position requires a bachelor's degree and two to less than three years of experience. You will plan operations, manage staff, evaluate performance, and address customer requests. The position also involves market research, merchandise selection, budgeting, marketing strategies, and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct, evaluate, plan, and organize daily operations
- Manage staff, assign duties, and determine staffing requirements
- Study market trends and determine consumer demand
- Procure merchandise and determine products or services sold
- Monitor budgets, revenues, expenses, and pricing policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Two to less than three years of experience
- English language proficiency
- Analytical, efficient, and goal-oriented approach
- Excellent oral communication and time management
