- Establish comprehensive tech requirements for new entities
- Design and manage robust technology infrastructure
- Lead security operations and compliance initiatives
- Create a data strategy that optimizes decision-making
- Build strong relationships across CDL sites
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred
- 12-15 years of IT leadership experience
- 5+ years in senior technology roles
- Extensive knowledge of Google Cloud and Salesforce
- Proven success in managing IT risk and compliance
