Become the key safety champion at Battlefield Equipment Rentals in Brampton, ON. This full-time position focuses on delivering impactful training while promoting a strong safety culture. As a Regional Health and Safety Trainer, you will create and execute engaging training programs for both employees and customers, ensuring compliance with safety laws. You’ll work hand-in-hand with teams to identify training needs and develop tailored learning experiences. Your role is essential for maintaining a robust safety culture in the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with staff through various communication channels
- Deliver safety training programs to internal and external audiences
- Maintain up-to-date safety and training records
- Develop effective training plans and materials
- Collaborate with colleagues for optimal training support
- Minimum two years of training experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of safety legislation and regulations
- Exceptional detail-oriented documentation skills
- G Class Driver’s License with a clean abstract
