Founded 45 years ago, Prins Greenhouses holds strong relationships with its Dutch suppliers. *Your activities and responsibilities*· Design hydronic heating and related systems for commercial greenhouses; · Communicate directly with customers to understand system requirements and generate final system design and documentation; · Create and submit detailed bids that outline costs and timelines for projects; · Provide technical support to the sales team or be directly involved in the sales of heating systems in greenhouse projects; · Supervise the creation of the required drawings (Revit 3D and AutoCAD 2D) for our greenhouse installation projects, as per specifications, and prepare material lists for related systems; · Obtain and compare quotes from suppliers, and order or supervise the ordering of the materials. Communicate with Logistics Co-Ordinator to assure materials are delivered when required; · Communicate with engineering staff, construction supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers; · Hire contractors and monitor their progress and quality of work performed. *Your profile*· Mechanical Engineering degree or other Engineering degree in combination with experience in a related field and having at least 10 years of relevant experience; · Background that includes hydronic heating system design; · Basic knowledge of control systems; · Works well individually and within a team; · A creative thinker and a problem solver; · Proficient with Microsoft Office; · Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) and a pleasant telephone manner. *Prins Greenhouses' Offer* A versatile hydronic heating technology position within a knowledge-driven, decisive, flat organization with an informal culture and short communication lines.
