This Sales Associate contributes to the print and customer service areas of the store. You will learn products and services, anticipate customer needs, and use available selling tools. The position also includes collaboration with store leaders on sales and margin goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers with tailored products and services
- Use selling techniques to anticipate customer needs
- Filter, receive, and pick up Print orders
- Catalogue and bin orders according to standards
- Complete checklists, audits, and brand requirements
Requirements:
- Preferred retail experience of three months to one year
- Strong communication skills with customer service focus
- Collaborative approach within a team environment
- Ability to learn all products and services
- Ability to maintain Print and Services standards
Use communication, retail experience, and customer-focused selling to support Print orders, recommendations, and store service standards.
