Operations Office in Stony Plain, the Payroll Coordinator processes payroll and benefits for 16 locations across Alberta. 1-2 years of experience working in payroll and benefits administration ~ Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and Alberta Employment Standards ~ Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment ~ Proficiency in Google Suite and payroll systems ~ Business diploma, accounting certificate, or equivalent work experience is an asset ~ Experience using Dayforce is an asset Enter and maintain accurate payroll information for part-time and full-time Team Members including: Processing bi-weekly payroll information Verify accuracy of overtime, premiums, and deductions calculations Payroll‑related remittances including WCB, pensions, RRSP, etc. Reviewing and complete various payroll forms (ROE, T4, T4A, etc) Remain up to date on all ongoing changes to payroll and benefits administration and processing and relevant laws and regulations Ability to work in-office Position Type: Full Time In-Person, Stony Plain Operations Office Performance-based bonus structure Group Benefits plan available for all Full-Time Team Members Team Member Grocery Discount Program Endless professional development and training opportunities #
