As a key player in quality control, you will implement quality programs, assess concrete performance, and communicate findings to stakeholders. This entry-level position welcomes candidates with a strong foundation in construction and good computer skills. You will frequently collaborate with both Sales and Operations teams to ensure that customer expectations are consistently met. Key Responsibilities:
- Test concrete and aggregate quality consistently
- Implement quality compliance programs and processes
- Record and communicate concrete performance
- Conduct lab trials for new concrete mixes
- Monitor safety and environmental adherence
- Secondary education with construction experience
- Preferred post-secondary in Civil technology or engineering
- Strong computer skills for MS Office Suite
- Bilingual in English and French is required
- Ability to lift 40 pounds routinely
