Discover a full-time role as an Associate Analyst in Commercial Asset Management at First National in Toronto, ON. Manage a portfolio of loans while ensuring stellar compliance for our investors. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of commercial lending practices and knowledge of core mortgage documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare discharge documents for paid-off mortgages
- Follow up on legal documentation with solicitors
- Handle PPSA renewals for security interests
- Review financial information for loan criteria accuracy
- Manage mortgage portfolio conditions to satisfy investors
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related
- 2-3 years in Financial Services specializing in mortgages
- Knowledge of commercial lending and underwriting
- Bilingual in French and English preferred
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
