Step into a leadership role as YMCA Calgary's Youth Engagement Manager, based in Saddletowne. This position focuses on program excellence and community engagement to enrich youth experiences. In this full-time role, the Youth Engagement Manager will lead key programs aiding youth, including newcomers and vulnerable populations. This position emphasizes strategic management of staff and resources, ensuring high-quality program delivery while fostering relationships with community organizations. The role is ideal for those passionate about youth development and community service. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic oversight of youth programs and initiatives
- Develop and manage program budgets effectively
- Train and mentor staff for program success
- Enhance program evaluation and operational systems
- Collaborate with external partners to improve offerings
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Degree in Social Work, Education, or related field
- Strong skills in communication and relationship-building
- Current First Aid/CPR certification is beneficial
- Clear Police Information Check required
