- Conduct research on health policies and social issues
- Prepare proposals based on extensive data analysis
- Provide cost-analysis on policy and program services
- Develop communication strategies with specialists
- Attend negotiations and inter-jurisdictional meetings
- Master’s degree or relevant experience in policy development
- Experience in public sector reporting and budgeting
- Strong research and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Red River Métis culture and policies
- Valid Manitoba Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
