Partner closely with creative, analytics, and channel specialists to deliver integrated, high-performing programs that move the business forward. Do you have 6-8 years of performance marketing experience, including leading strategic conversations and executing directly in ad platforms? Are you deeply hands‑on in-platform, with experience in media planning, buying, and ongoing campaign management? Do you have experience with Amazon Ads and/or retail media networks like Walmart Connect (or similar)? Have you supported or integrated performance programs with email, CRM, SEO/AIO, and/or CRO initiatives? Do you have experience with creative analysis and testing, including using performance insights to guide iteration? Are you confident building reporting that includes pulling data, identifying key insights, recommending pivots, and presenting performance narratives to clients? Do you have experience with measurement strategies like multi-touch attribution (MTA) and/or incrementality testing? Are you highly collaborative—comfortable leading when needed and also being led depending on the account and team structure? Are you a strong verbal and written communicator who can translate complex performance concepts into clear, accessible takeaways for stakeholders? Competitive salary – Fair pay based on your experience, skills, and value. Fully funded benefits – Full coverage for health, dental, and vision at no cost to you. Flexibility to work in a way that empowers your best performance, at home, in office or both. We support an adaptive, agile work-life balance. Ready to help us redefine better?
