Key Responsibilities
Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on printer systems Install, deinstall, and relocate equipment at customer sites Maintain customer satisfaction and meet Service Level Agreements Escalate unresolved problems through predefined service procedures Maintain parts inventory, diagnostic, and physical tools
Requirements:
Electrical or mechanical degree, vocational, or technical school degree Mechanical aptitude and technical service experience Strong analytical skills for equipment review and troubleshooting Basic computer, technical, and equipment operation skills Ability to work rotating 24/7 schedules and travel occasionally Apply printer maintenance, analytical troubleshooting, and customer service skills supporting Canon Canada customers throughout Ottawa remotely. #J-18808-Ljbffr
