You will work with multiple departments both local and offshore to achieve accurate financial development. Shared Services) on Client billing information and distribution requirements Manage monthly client budget control reports (BCR) and reports required for proper financial reporting (ex. Work with clients to resolve their inquiries on billing (spend, receivables, overbilling, etc) quickly to ensure timely cash receipt. Assist with discrepancy monitoring and clearances as vendor and/or client deadline dates approach. Work with clients on monthly accruals and year-end reconciliation as is requested Work on and support all aspects of Accounts Receivables with our Shared Service partners and clients as is needed 3-7 years of experience in finance or finance affiliates, experience in the media industry is preferred and an asset ~ MS Office
