Be part of our Operations team, reporting directly to the Logistics Manager. We seek an organized and detail-oriented individual eager to gain experience in logistics and operations. Key skills include effective communication, attention to detail, and teamwork, all crucial for facilitating smooth operations at Mark Edwards. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enter shipment notifications
- Communicate with suppliers regarding shipments
- Prepare and process customer invoices
- Book shipments with warehouses
- Maintain weekly reports on order status
- DEC in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of logistics or operations experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Bilingual in French and English
