Enhance project support as a Bilingual MyTrack Coordinator for an Oil & Gas client in Calgary. This role focuses on time entry processes, user support, and system data integrity. Procom is currently seeking a Bilingual MyTrack Coordinator for a four-month contract. This key position supports project deployment and maintains accurate DTE processes using the MyTrack tool. Your role centers on managing daily activities, ensuring data integrity, and training suppliers and business users effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with teams to support MyTrack core processes
- Manage contractor onboarding and time submission processes
- Oversee daily MyTrack operations and data accuracy
- Train suppliers on DTE activities and system usage
- Run compliance reports and identify improvement areas
- Fluent in English and French Canadian
- Experience in supply chain operations
- Hands-on with enterprise systems and MyTrack
- Familiar with contractor processes and UAT
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
