- Serve ongoing client needs and conduct assessments
- Sell new business and maintain renewal processes
- Interact with Underwriters for policy discussions
- Provide documentation and insurance certificates
- Engage in community initiatives and marketing efforts
- Willingness to obtain AIC Level 1 Insurance License
- Prior customer service or sales experience advantageous
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
