Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice entry, payment runs, collections follow-up, and reconciliation. Maintain accurate and timely bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations. Support purchasing activities: issue purchase orders, communicate with vendors, and track inventory-related spend. Prepare and analyze data using advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation for reporting. Collaborate with on-site teams across departments to support day-to-day financial operations. Maintain organized documentation, ensuring deadlines and priorities are managed effectively. TMGCT Job Requirements: Quick Books Online certification and strong working knowledge of QBO. 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a similar role. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis. Experience with purchasing and vendor communication, including issuing POs and tracking spend.
