7-10 years experience as a technical writer with software documentation experience emphasized
~ Significant experience working with DITA-based content management systems (Tridion preferred) and XML editors (Oxygen preferred)
~ Experience working directly with Engineering to understand concepts and refine content to be appropriate for customer-facing documentation.
~ Telecommunications/5G network experience. Ability to interface with Canada-based team lead on processes, best practices, and content reuse rules
~ Writing samples required to illustrate the candidate’s expertise in developing customer-facing software documentation.


Work with Software Engineers to extract information to create the required documentation of the product.
