Lead a dynamic team as an Assistant Store Manager at LEGO Brand Retail. Inspire outstanding guest experiences while managing store operations and merchandising effectively. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to enhance store performance and foster a positive team atmosphere. Your role will include coaching and recruiting talent while ensuring all staff embody LEGO's brand values. Maintain merchandising standards to exceed planned sales and Key Performance Indicators for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

- Knowledge in visual merchandising and space management
