Key Responsibilities
• Mentor Commercial SME Risk Placement Brokers as a senior resource
• Address and resolve file escalations quickly
• Support individual team member growth initiatives
• Manage and service an assigned book of commercial clients
• Analyze coverage gaps to enhance client insurance products
Requirements:
• Must hold an active RIBO license
• Minimum three years in commercial insurance brokerage
• Three years of Team Lead experience required
• Knowledge of specialized products is advantageous
