As a Cleaner with SerCo Realty Group, you will play a key role in maintaining the standards of cleanliness in various properties. This full-time position requires a proactive approach to identify maintenance needs across residential and commercial venues. You will maintain property appearances, manage cleaning tasks, and report on conditions as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in grounds and common areas
- Clean building floors through sweeping and mopping
- Service and supply restrooms with necessary toiletries
- Clean and maintain vacant apartments and units
- Perform daily inspections in all common areas
Requirements:
- 2 years of general cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Strong organizational skills for effective time management
- Valid "G" license and clean drivers abstract
- Maintain focus while working individually
