Lead and grow the Data Platform team Set technical direction, roadmaps, and architecture trade-offs Own ELT, real-time pipelines, warehouse, and self-service access Run production systems supporting risk and money processing Advance MLOps, AI Gateway, and agentic engineering practices
Requirements:
7+ years in data or software engineering roles 2+ years leading an engineering team Production-grade data pipelines and platform infrastructure experience Proficiency in SQL and Python or related languages Experience with governance, testing, CI/CD, and documentation Shape Helcim’s data platform through engineering leadership, resilient infrastructure, AI capabilities, and sound operational decisions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
