Join the Burlington research team as an R&D Lab Coordinator Intern, focusing on the daily operations of cutting-edge data communications. This position grants you the opportunity to support the Lab Manager by performing essential tasks that ensure lab efficiency and compliance with industry standards. You're expected to assist with procurement, calibrations, and maintaining inventory levels of various lab components. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills will empower you in this focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in locating and renting lab equipment
- Manage crucial calibration and asset databases
- Participate in annual calibration processes
- Maintain fiber optics and lab tool inventories
- Coordinate equipment purchasing with vendors
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for learning
