Your role will involve coaching staff, maintaining compliance with inventory standards, and driving excellent customer service. You will take the lead in hiring, scheduling, and maintaining service quality throughout the store. Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate team through recognition and contests
  • Develop and lead recruiting strategies for store
  • Enforce inventory control and execute planograms
  • Lead meetings and coaching sessions effectively
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance and service standards
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of retail experience, 12-24 months in leadership
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts industry
  • Fundamental computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license is an asset
  • Automotive training or certification is an asset
