As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide essential personal care and support while adhering to the organization’s resident-centered approach. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal hygiene
- Support clients’ physical, social, and emotional needs
- Comply with residents' rights and government standards
- Maintain clear communication with clients and team members
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Graduate of a PSW program in Ontario or equivalent
- Experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Current CPR Certificate Registration preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy, knowledge of Point Click Care desired
