Leverage your bookkeeping expertise with a well-established firm specializing in tax consulting. This senior-level role focuses on full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll processing, and client relations, primarily using QuickBooks. This bookkeeping firm has over 20 years of industry presence and seeks a Full Cycle Bookkeeper. In this position, you’ll manage HST filings, source deductions, and WSIB compliance. You will also handle payroll, T4 slips, and client requests effectively while resolving CRA inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop and Online
- Process payroll and issue ROEs and T4 slips
- File HST, source deductions, and WSIB documents
- Review and maintain financial statements monthly
- Address client requests and handle CRA communications
- DCS / DEC educational qualification
- Minimum 3 years of QuickBooks experience
- At least 3 years of bookkeeping expertise
- Proficient in T1 personal income tax preparation
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
