As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in the analysis, development, integration, testing, and evolution of robust digital solutions, from user interfaces through back-end services, data, delivery pipelines, and production deployments. As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be at the heart of our mission. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, validate, and translate business needs into effective technology solutions. Develop, integrate, and evolve high-performing Full Stack solutions, from user interfaces to services, data, testing, and production deployment. Contribute to the team's technical direction by applying established standards and promoting best practices in development, integration, security, and maintainability. Build modern, accessible, and maintainable web interfaces while ensuring seamless integration with APIs and enterprise systems. Work closely with the team to perform technical analysis, programming, configuration, and integration of full stack solutions, spanning user interfaces, back-end services, data, testing, delivery pipelines, and production support, while adhering to a “just enough, just in time” approach. Enhance development practices by integrating security, quality, automated testing, and observability earlier in the process to support reliable, maintainable, and secure delivery. Implement and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to ensure reliable and efficient solution delivery. Diagnose and resolve complex issues across the entire application lifecycle, both in development and production environments. Serve as a technical reference for the team by fostering knowledge sharing, code quality, continuous improvement, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence. Is recognized for their technical leadership, development rigor, and ability to propose pragmatic, maintainable solutions aligned with the team’s technical direction. NET Core, C#, React, PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs, MS-SQL 2016 or later, Git source control, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Azure Pipelines (YAML), Postman, and GitHub Copilot used responsibly and productively. Versatility across both Windows and Linux environments is also expected. Has 10 years of experience in Information Technology, including significant experience in application development and solution integration. Possesses a solid understanding of Agile principles, secure development practices, test automation, and CI/CD methodologies, with a focus on integrating quality and security earlier in the software development lifecycle. Has experience with integration architectures, APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions, particularly within an Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps Services, Kafka/Confluent Cloud, and Dynatrace environment. Knowledge of Terraform, Java, Rancher, Salesforce, MuleSoft, or ServiceNow is considered an asset. Demonstrates the ability to integrate artificial intelligence responsibly into daily work practices to enhance analysis, development, documentation, testing, and productivity. Has an advanced level of French and an intermediate level of English, as the role requires monthly communication via email and calls with English-speaking colleagues and partners across Canada.
