Reporting to the IT management, your main responsibilities will include: Analyser et documenter les besoins d'affaires et les exigences fonctionnelles. Modéliser les processus et proposer des améliorations. Collaborer avec les équipes internes et partenaires pour la conception et l'implantation des solutions. Préparer et exécuter les scénarios de tests fonctionnels et accompagner les utilisateurs. Assurer le support applicatif de niveau 3 et la formation des utilisateurs. Participer à des projets ERP et à l'évolution des systèmes corporatifs (qualité, RH, etc.). We are looking for a collaborative, solution-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. Formation universitaire en TI, gestion ou domaine connexe [à valider avec le client]. Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en analyse d'affaires TI, incluant des projets ERP. Bonne connaissance des méthodologies Agile et des outils de gestion (DevOps). Capacité à travailler en équipe et à interagir avec plusieurs parties prenantes. Maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance de l'anglais (niveau avancé). Télétravail majoritaire avec déplacements ponctuels (permis de conduire valide). Conditions : salaire indicatif 100-110 k$, bonus annuel, avantages sociaux (assurances, vacances).
