- Analyze and define business processes within clinical operations
- Assist in implementing new business processes and workflows
- Identify opportunities for enhancing information management
- Lead development of education resources for IT solutions
- Participate in maintenance of the electronic health record system
- Degree in Health Science, Health Informatics, or related experience
- Two years of recent related experience
- Knowledge of clinical processes and systems design
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work overtime and be part of on-call support
