Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer with strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter modules. The ideal candidate will be proficient in GOSU programming, integration development, and enterprise-grade design patterns, with hands-on experience in configuring and implementing business rules, workflows, and APIs on the Guidewire Cloud Platform.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users, analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter using GOSU, Integration Plugins, Messaging, and REST APIs.
Prepare and maintain design and configuration documentation, including field mapping, data definitions, and rule definitions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; provide efficient workarounds and long-term solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment planning for new Guidewire features or releases.
Apply Guidewire coding standards, design patterns, and best practices to ensure maintainable and high-performing code.
Develop, enhance, and maintain business rules, workflows, and data model configurations.


Required Qualifications & Experience
~ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
~9 years of experience in application development, preferably in the insurance domain.
~ Proficient in GOSU, Java, SOAP / REST APIs, and Guidewire Integration Frameworks.
~ Experience developing and integrating with third-party systems (e.g., billing, claims, underwriting).
~6 years hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (and/or BillingCenter, ClaimCenter integration).
~ Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and enterprise integration design patterns.
~ Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations and product configurations.
