Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead associates and oversee store operations. Responsibilities include merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment, development, scheduling, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee merchandising and front-end operations
- Manage recruitment, development, scheduling, and inventory
- Create an environment supporting associate contributions
Requirements:
- Three or more years leadership experience, preferably retail
- Completion of secondary school
- Strong communication and productivity management skills
- Safety-focused, friendly, and helpful approach
- Ability to lift, bend, and move merchandise up to 50 pounds
