Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Central (v8.x) or Kronos Workforce Dimensions. Strong experience with Kronos API, WIM (Workforce Integration Manager), and SQL scripting. Experience in interface development, reporting tools, and custom Kronos configuration. Familiarity with timekeeping, scheduling, and labor tracking modules. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
