Lead Walmart store operations in Drayton Valley through sales leadership, customer service, and associate direction. Support the Store Manager across daily priorities.
As Front End Assistant Manager, you will manage operations according to Company guidelines and lead Associates toward friendly service and profitable sales. The position emphasizes sales forecasting, budget management, merchandise presentation, pricing, safety controls, and compliance. You will also cross-train across store areas as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable sales through goals, forecasts, and budget management
- Plan operations, delegate priorities, and direct Managers and Associates
- Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, and store standards
- Monitor asset protection, safety controls, and quality assurance
- Resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues within guidelines
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to follow Walmart policies and procedures
- Ability to oversee safety, security, and financial controls
- Ability to communicate direction and provide respectful feedback
- Ability to handle merchandise and cash controls
