- Implement PCL's estimating manuals and guidelines
- Analyze quantity survey assignments with the team
- Execute assigned quantity surveys consistently
- Communicate item quantities to purchasing for bids
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors
Requirements:

- Field construction experience is beneficial
- Proficient with software applications, including spreadsheets
