Key Responsibilities
Complete health, dental, life, and disability renewals Prepare quotations with increasing levels of complexity Evaluate risks and establish premium rates Review enrollments against original quotations Document decisions and prepare benefit reports
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience Strong numerical aptitude and analytical ability Clear written and verbal communication skills Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities Microsoft Office proficiency and digital learning ability Bring sound judgment, attention to detail, and group benefits knowledge to Alberta Blue Cross underwriting work.
