At Alignerr, we're collaborating with premier AI research labs to enhance AI reasoning capabilities. This freelance role, offering 10-40 hours per week, requires expertise in contaminant transport and air quality engineering. Your contributions will include creating engineering challenges, validating AI outputs, and providing feedback to improve models—all in a flexible, remote setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Design complex environmental engineering challenges
- Author rigorous solutions for AI training purposes
- Audit AI-generated outputs for technical accuracy
- Identify flaws in AI model reasoning and provide feedback
- Work independently according to your own schedule
- Master’s or PhD in Environmental Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge in aquatic chemistry and wastewater design
- Excellent written communication skills for complex concepts
- Detail-oriented with a focus on regulatory compliance
- Self-motivated with no micromanagement needed
